He walked me through gradually eating healthier by slowing making changes that were health conscious and still tasted good. Brandon ensures I am not hurting myself physically when working out in multiple ways. My form prior to working out with SoS was very poor. Due to this, Brandon’s workouts initially were tailored to correct all the small nuances that could potentially hurt me in the long run. Completing bodyweight centered workouts and lifting very, very light weight helped correct this and instill it into my muscle memory. Now when I complete these workouts, I don’t think, I just do. This also helped me aware that my flexibility and mobility were also poor. To counter this, stretching before and after a workout, and at home have helped this.

"I work a 8-5 job and when I get home, I have plenty of chores to do around the house. This means that I don’t have much time to exercise. After hearing about Strength of Synergy’s online program, I decided to give it a go.
Brandon made it very easy on me. He asked what I wanted to get out of the program (general health, stronger core, more agility, etc.). Then he asked me how much time I have to work out on any given day and the type of gym equipment I have access to. 30-60 minutes is the most I can set aside for a workout and Brandon made that happen. I’m also limited with my gym equipment at home. After the first month of working out twice a week, I noticed a tremendous difference in not only my body, but I was also happy, since I now have an outlet after long hours at the office.
