"Working out under Brandon’s guidance has given me the coaching for a healthier life and provides a role as a mentor for my well-being. His welcoming approach and eagerness to teach the science behind it all has helped me change a lot since I began his program.
I work on a computer five days a week, sometimes with 12 hour shifts, and developed back and shoulder issues I couldn’t resolve. Not only does Brandon workout me out, but with his physical therapy expertise he was able to help treat my chronic pain and taught me how to prevent these issues in the long run.

"I grew up on a pretty standard American diet: loads of processed foods, little to no fresh fruits or vegetables, and regular trips to the drive-thru. Though I was underweight as a teenager, I had developed a pattern of unhealthy eating habits that wasn’t sustainable as I grew older and my metabolism slowed down. I steadily put on more weight than I was comfortable with and my confidence began to wane.
Like so many others, I’d tried my hand at countless diet and exercise programs, all resulting in me quitting and gaining back what little I lost, over and over and over again. When I heard about Brandon’s SoS program it made complete sense in theory, but I was still skeptical that it would work for me based on my past experiences.
It turns out that Brandon has come up with the only program that has EVER worked for me. I was able to lose 15 pounds over the course of two consecutive Synergy plans. More importantly, I was able to make significant mental and emotional gains, which I credit for my ability to keep the weight off months after completing the program.
I now live by my own definition of a balanced lifestyle. I have a healthy relationship with food and am more in tune with my body and what it needs to thrive. "Being a positive and self-aware person, I understand that my mental and emotional well-being can be fulfilled by overcoming challenges in life. Even as someone who has played basketball and has worked out in the past, I never would have thought that I could apply this to fitness. However, that's exactly what the SoS program helped me achieve.
Strength of Synergy is self explanatory. A balanced approach to the mind, body, and soul. Aligning your life goals with your health goals. I got to experience the variety of ways Brandon applies his approach.
First, with the online program we got to work on achieving fitness autonomy. Weekly programmed workouts all through the convenience of your mobile phone or computer. It works with your schedule and fitness level, using videos to demonstrate the exercises. The nutritional support works with where you're starting rather than being limited. It was quite the process, but over time it taught me to always find solutions to the little daily obstacles we face in deciding to live a healthy lifestyle.
Later on I got to understand what really sets Strength of Synergy apart from other programs. I had a major ankle injury where Brandon’s educational knowledge of the physical body helped me to not only recover quickly, but stronger than before. Understanding that the maintenance is as important as the improvements. A true mentor and expert at his craft.
Finally we moved towards the in-person training sessions. We evaluated my fitness goals and directly translated them into reality. All pillars of the Synergy program comes together in a focused and efficient format. From warm up to cool down, Brandon truly displays the importance of training in a synergistic approach while being a motivated figure to ensure you give it your all. The progress I have made has put me on a path to lifelong success, health, and happiness. We are finishing the year off strong so that even after this program, I commit to always setting my goals higher."

"Brandon and SoS have changed my life in more ways than I could have imagined. I am someone who grew up overweight and eventually lost weight through diet and exercise. However, through this I developed an unhealthy view of food and calories and was almost starving myself for a period of time in college. When things got more stressful as I went to medical school, I found my metabolism had slowed down significantly and I ended up gaining the weight back and more.
As a busy resident Doctor, I work 80+ hours/week and staying healthy gets increasingly challenging. With the SoS program, I am able to communicate easily with Brandon for direct and personal feedback regarding my food and exercise. The workout routines themselves are very challenging and tailored to the time that I have (3-4x/ week for max of 20 minutes).
I have used calorie counting apps in the past and they are just too tedious for my lifestyle. With SoS's nutrition guidance, I get comments back about the overall composition of my meals and suggestions to improve. I quickly found that I was being restrictive with my food, especially carbohydrates and that fear caused a lot of relapsing in the past. I now embrace a healthy portion of carbs, protein, and fats to help my mental clarity, muscles, and energy.

"I work full time as a nurse with long hours and odd times. And there has always been an ongoing juggle working in the field while maintaining my energy.
Brandon worked with my crazy nursing schedule and balanced my health in both the gym and kitchen. He planned out my macros and I had to take pictures of everything I ate. Definitely intimidating at first, but it was good for accountability. His workout regimen was a mix of HIIT workouts, strength training & conditioning, and cardio finishers to round out the hour sessions. I definitely felt stronger and more confident with my own body.
Anyone can learn a workout routine by themselves via YouTube or other friends who work out. But at the end of the day you have to be smart in choosing who you listen to. I definitely learned to go past the “heavier weight means more gains”, to learning more about my posture, breathing, and getting full contractions of my muscles. I've dealt with hypothyroidism since sophomore year in college, and in 2017 dealt with retinal vein occlusion in my right eye due to stress and high blood pressure.
